Al I cannot get the Pataks Tandoori Marinade until next week, That is the only ingredient I am missing, could I use Tandoori masala spice instead? If not I will stick with my trusted Shababs Balti until I can get the paste.

Al. Just made this. Absolutely brill. 3rd attempt at Massaman. 2 previous followed other recipes. No good. This was perfect. I see some negative comments on here about result. Not sure why, I followed to to the letter and the result was great. Indeed smashing food on a Saturday night. And the Cury wa as good as a famous Restaurant In Bangkok, called " Cabbages and Condoms". That was the last time I had this . Put 2 cups of coffee in your tip jar. Appreciate the time and effort to make these videos, and to enlighten your followers with great grub! cheers!

Hi, this looks great. If the rice is cooked initially, then reheated the next day to make the biryani, could it be reheated once again the following day for a work lunch

Just made the 30min Pathia, and it was stunning Al. No more takeaways for us, just like a restaurant style curry. Now looking forward to doing the Dhansak 😀😋

Going to try this tomorrow - used all my base gravy jars (preserved-works well) now moving on to your 30 min variants - Vindaloo looks amazing - will use my home grown onions too!!!!
